Return Policy

Delivery is available across Ukraine via Nova Poshta. Delivery time: 1–3 business days. Delivery cost: according to the carrier’s tariffs. Shipment is dispatched only after full payment of the order. Store address: 18 Sofiivska Street, Kyiv, 02000.

Order collection procedure: place your order on the website, pay for your order online via LiqPay, shipment will be processed once the payment is confirmed, you will receive a notification with a tracking number, pick up your order at the Nova Poshta branch you selected.

Payment: payment is accepted exclusively online through LiqPay. Cash or cash-on-delivery payment methods are not available. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

Returns and exchanges: you may return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection.” The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Proof of purchase must be provided. The return shipping cost is covered by the buyer via Nova Poshta.

Return procedure: contact us via email nardelliboutique@gmail.com or phone +380 (50) 341 95 81, ship the product back using Nova Poshta, the returned item will be inspected to confirm it meets return requirements, refunds will be issued after approval of the return, all refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction — to your bank card through LiqPay.
