This document describes the privacy policy for the website  https://nardelli.com.ua/  (hereinafter – the “Website”) of the sole proprietor Vestoropska Yuliia Ivanivna (hereinafter – the “Website Owner”). For marketing purposes, namely: informing the Buyer via SMS, email, social networks, etc., about online store news, promotional offers, and sales conducted by the Seller in the online store; conducting consumer market analysis; identifying potential Buyers; determining the needs of potential Buyers for the goods offered for sale, etc.;

For the bona fide fulfillment by the Seller of its contractual obligations to the Buyer, including obligations related to the delivery of Goods;

For compliance by the Seller with the requirements of the applicable laws of Ukraine, including consumer protection legislation.
