WHERE CAN I HAVE THE DELIVERY ARRANGED?

Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine, as well as abroad to all countries except Russia and Belarus.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If the item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 1–2 business days.

WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?

Orders within Ukraine are shipped via Nova Poshta. International orders are shipped via Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta.

The delivery cost is calculated according to the carrier’s tariffs.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

You can exchange or return an item within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase in the store or from receiving the order at the post office, provided you have the sales receipt, the product retains its original condition, all tags, and the original undamaged packaging.

The item must not show any signs of use.

WHO PAYS FOR DELIVERY?

The exchange or return of an item is at the buyer’s expense. If the buyer received an item that does not match the order or has a defect, the delivery is paid by the seller.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The buyer has the right to return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection.”

Return and exchange conditions:
• The item has not been used, retains its original condition, packaging, and tags.
• The buyer provides a document confirming the purchase.
• The return is carried out at the buyer’s expense through the Nova Poshta service.

WHICH ITEMS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

Items that have been used, without tags, labels, and a receipt, items delivered internationally outside Ukraine, and gift certificates.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THE RETURNED ITEM?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the moment we receive the returned item.
